Aadhaar / UID number, PAN, bank card numbers, bank statements, or any financial information.
Passport, driving license, or scanned copies of identity cards.
Unnecessary personal photos or sensitive documents.

You may share such documents directly with the employer after hiring if required — the website does not handle that process.

4. Profile Visibility & Application Flow

Your professional details are visible to employers for job matching purposes.
Your contact details (phone, email, full resume) are shared only with the employer(s) for whom you specifically apply.
Employers can send you initial messages through the website without accessing your private contact information directly.
