Job Overview:

Naukri Mitra is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide top-quality virtual care to patients. This remote position offers flexible work hours and both part-time and full-time opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering personalized, patient-centered care through virtual platforms, ensuring seamless communication and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care and Assessment:
   • Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments to evaluate patient needs, conditions, and care plans.
   • Provide clinical advice, symptom management, and guidance through virtual consultations.
   • Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
2. Patient Education and Support:
   • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
   • Offer emotional support, guidance, and resources to help patients manage chronic conditions or acute concerns.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and other care team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
   • Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and transitions of care with various healthcare services.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
   • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans.
   • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies related to telehealth nursing and patient privacy (e.g., HIPAA regulations).
5. Technology Utilization:
   • Use telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and other digital tools to deliver patient care.
   • Troubleshoot minor technical issues during virtual visits and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the practicing state(s).
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, though an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience is acceptable.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a telehealth, triage, or remote care setting, is preferred.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and communication tools like video conferencing software.
