Job Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, businesses, and leads as per the given database.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to promote services and generate new business opportunities.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify potential leads and qualify them by understanding their needs, decision-making process, and buying readiness.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring follow-ups are done promptly.
- Set appointments or provide information to interested parties and ensure all necessary documentation and communications are handled efficiently.
- Customer Support:
- Handle inbound queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Offer prompt solutions to customer issues while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Manage and track calls made, logged, and followed up on, ensuring all information is updated in the CRM.
- Sales and Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Track and report sales progress, including call-to-sale ratios, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on closing deals and optimizing the sales process.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads contacted, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer data is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Conducted market research and analyzed trends in client needs.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with fellow telecallers and the sales team to share leads, insights, and best practices.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss performance, upcoming leads, and new processes.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- IT Preferences:
- As the role involves handling various tech tools and platforms, candidates with an IT background will have a distinct advantage.
- A basic understanding of CRM software, MS Office, and online communication tools will be beneficial.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any field. Given the technical nature of the tools and platforms, preference will be given to candidates with an IT background.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional language proficiency a plus).
- Sales Acumen: Ability to close sales and generate leads over the phone, demonstrating perseverance and motivation.
- Customer Orientation: Strong customer service skills emphasizing creating positive experiences and resolving issues.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various telecommunication tools, CRM software, and basic computer applications like Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the job environment, customer requirements, and work processes.
