  • Use data insights to drive decisions on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and succession pipelines.
  • Build and monitor dashboards and scorecards that visualize key HR KPIs, including turnover trends and engagement metrics.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and operational health checks to align leaders around strategic talent objectives.
  • Audit and optimize internal SOPs for compliance, efficiency, and automation potential.
  • Act as the key liaison between People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless policy governance.
