Your Role: What You’ll Do
Analyze Sales Performance
Use your analytical skills to dive into sales data, pinpointing patterns, opportunities, and areas where we can improve. Your insights will inform how we approach sales strategies and optimize operations.
Create Sales Forecasts & Reports
Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends. Prepare regular reports to provide key insights to leadership, enabling them to make informed decisions.
Generate Actionable Insights
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that can be used to refine our sales strategies. You’ll provide valuable recommendations that help enhance sales performance.
Collaborate with Other Teams
Work with teams from sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure data is being used effectively. You’ll provide data-backed insights to support and guide their initiatives.
Optimize Data Processes
Look for ways to streamline sales data collection, analysis, and reporting. You’ll help refine existing systems and ensure our data is accurate and actionable.
What We Need from You
Experience
- At least 3-5 years in a sales analysis or similar role.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and offer clear, actionable recommendations.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Analytical Thinking
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
Communication Skills
- You can communicate complex data findings in a simple, understandable format for diverse audiences.
Attention to Detail
- You have a sharp eye for data accuracy and quality, ensuring that insights are based on reliable information.
