Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Thorough knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
• Previous experience in remote work environments is a bonus.
