Responsibilities with Purpose

Lease Monitoring & Validation

• Review, interpret, and audit lease agreements to verify terms, obligations, and milestones
• Identify inconsistencies or areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective action.
• Maintain accurate records and lease databases to ensure complete transparency.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with leasing agents, property managers, legal advisors, and finance teams to clarify obligations
• Participate in periodic meetings to provide lease compliance insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Act as a central resource for lease-related queries across multiple departments

Risk Mitigation & Reporting

• Track critical dates and financial obligations (rent escalations, CAM charges, etc.)
• Prepare compliance reports and summaries for senior leadership
• Flag and follow up on lease breaches or discrepancies in a timely, diplomatic manner

Compliance Education & Best Practices

• Help refine and document internal policies and SOPs for lease compliance
• Educate stakeholders on lease obligations and best practices to promote accountability
• Advocate for tenant rights and contract fairness throughout the leasing process
