About the Role

Primary Responsibilities

Lead community-driven campaigns to engage and activate supporters across diverse populations
Build and nurture relationships with local advocates, neighborhood leaders, and volunteer groups
Craft compelling messaging that resonates with various demographics, ensuring inclusive communication
Organize digital events, town halls, and virtual forums to elevate community perspectives
Track performance metrics and generate reports on campaign impact and engagement
Collaborate with advocacy teams to align grassroots efforts with broader organizational goals
Coordinate schedules, action plans, and milestones for multiple simultaneous initiatives
Contribute to strategic planning with creative solutions that support campaign objectives

Familiarity with digital advocacy platforms (e.g., NationBuilder, Action Network, Mobilize)
Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
Strong understanding of social equity, activism, and organizing strategies
Experience working with underrepresented communities is highly valued
