Job Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and creative E-Learning Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging e-learning content that enhances the educational experience for our learners. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to create high-quality training programs that meet the diverse needs of our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses. Utilize various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create multimedia-rich content that facilitates learning.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire e-learning development process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of all e-learning materials. Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of content based on feedback from learners and stakeholders.
  • Learning Analytics: Analyze learner performance data to assess the effectiveness of e-learning programs. Utilize insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvements and updates.
  • Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create educational materials that promote knowledge retention and engagement. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.
  • Collaboration and Communication: I will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on e-learning initiatives. I will communicate effectively with all stakeholders, presenting ideas and updates clearly and professionally.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal staff and external learners on accessing and navigating e-learning platforms. Develop user guides and resources to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-learning development or instructional design. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience with learning analytics tools is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
