• Dig through data, not for a grade, but for an answer. If something flops, you say so. If it works, you figure out why.
• Treat every reply as valuable. A complaint can be gold; praise is a map to what works.
• Build relationships—sometimes that’s with a client, sometimes it’s with the quiet person in the back row who spots what others miss.
