Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Conduct thorough data evaluations to find opportunities for conversion improvements.

A/B Testing & Experimentation

• Develop, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to enhance performance.

User Experience & Performance Tracking

• Collaborate with UX designers to develop frictionless customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and web analytics.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, and similar platforms.
• Understanding of user behavior, customer journey mapping, and UX principles.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable optimization strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for effective teamwork.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
• Experience in digital marketing, growth strategies, or e-commerce optimization is advantageous.
