Key Responsibilities With Real Impact

• Create a Nurturing Space: Your warmth and attention ensure that every child feels valued and safe, whether it’s comforting a toddler at drop-off or cheering on their first drawing.
• Shape Daily Adventures: You’ll craft playful, age-appropriate activities that support growth in language, movement, and problem-solving. Every day, you’ll help children discover the world, one question at a time.
• Support Learning Through Play: You’ll introduce new games, songs, and stories to foster early literacy, social skills, and curiosity. Your encouragement makes trying new things less scary—and a lot more fun.
• Build Trust With Parents: Through honest and friendly updates (via calls or messages), you’ll give families peace of mind, knowing their kids are not only cared for but also growing in every sense.
• Champion Safety and Cleanliness: You’ll maintain a tidy, inviting space where children are free to explore, while always prioritizing health and safety. Whether it’s organizing the play area or managing snack time, your attention to detail matters.
• Nutrition and Rest: You’ll ensure mealtimes are nutritious and positive, and create calming nap routines, so every child has the energy to learn and play.
• Guide Behavior Positively: Your patient, consistent approach helps children resolve conflicts and express emotions in healthy ways, creating a harmonious atmosphere.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Genuine love for children and a natural ability to connect with them
• Experience in child care, babysitting, or early childhood education is a big plus
• You know how to simplify a child’s worry or turn tears into giggles through empathy and creativity
• Confidence communicating with parents and teammates—whether in person or on Zoom
• Eagerness to learn about the latest child development research and best practices
• First aid/CPR certification is valued, and a background check will help us keep our community safe

Salary and Working Hours

• Salary: ₹19,090 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Flexible scheduling: both full-time and part-time shifts available to fit your life
