Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with clients to design outcome-driven marketing campaigns using real-time insights and cross-platform data
  • Plan, implement, and oversee omnichannel advertising strategies, including sponsored search, programmatic display, and digital engagement campaigns
  • Align campaign execution with client goals by utilizing Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Apply predictive analytics, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and behavioral targeting to boost engagement and conversion

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the strategic consultant and daily contact for a portfolio of high-value accounts
  • Schedule regular video calls and data-backed presentations to communicate performance and next steps
  • Build trust by forecasting campaign trajectory, providing insightful recommendations, and mitigating potential risks proactively
  • Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure the timely delivery of advertising assets

⚙️ Martech and Automation Integration

  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools such as Smart Bidding, automated targeting, and predictive scoring systems
  • Suggest workflow enhancements using integrations with Zapier, Segment, and HubSpot workflows
  • Work alongside data engineers and analysts to refine attribution models and improve campaign ROI
  • Ensure accurate UTM tagging, lead funnel analytics, and segmentation strategies across all campaigns

Performance Reporting & Optimization

  • Leverage tools like Tableau and Google Data Studio for dashboard development and live reporting
  • Identify lagging metrics and restructure campaigns using A/B testing, audience retargeting, and lookalike modeling
  • Create actionable reports highlighting ROAS, CTR, CAC, and lifetime value for internal stakeholders and client reviews

Required Skills and Experience

Technical Acumen

  • Strong command of digital ad platforms and real-time bidding technologies
  • Expertise in tag management systems, pixels, and conversion APIs
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, multivariate testing, and advanced keyword research

Analytical Thinking

  • Experience in evaluating performance metrics like CPM, CPV, and revenue attribution across ad channels

Communication & Collaboration

Educational Background
